I believe that avoiding refined foods will be the first step so that you can lose weight. They may taste excellent, but processed foods currently have very little nutritional value, making you take in more only to have enough strength to get with the day. If you are constantly ingesting these foods, converting to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will aid you to have more energy while eating less. Great blog post.
My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on various websites for about a year and am nervous about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into it? Any kind of help would be really appreciated!
